Arena of Ares
A ranked 1v1 PvP arena where both fighters are normalized to the same power. First death wins the match. Climb the Elo ladder, pick your combat set, and fight for monthly Top 3 prizes.
The Idea
Arena of Ares is pure skill PvP. Your real level, gear and gems stay behind — inside the match you fight on equal ground, with a temporary mythic set and a fixed combat profile for your vocation.
How to Enter
Open Arena Manager
Click the Arena of Ares totem in the world. That opens the Arena window.
Pick mode & set
Choose 1vs1 - Ranked and one combat archetype: Offense, Defense or Sustain.
Join & accept
Press Join. When a match is found, accept before the timer ends or the duel is cancelled.
You need real level 300+ to queue. Your real gear is never taken into the fight — the arena gives you temporary gear and potions for the match only.
Combat Sets
Before queueing you choose an archetype. The pieces change by vocation group, but the role is always the same:

All arena gear is Mythic +10 for the match. Divine Gems are not used inside Arena of Ares. Critical chance counts up to 50% against players.
Ranks & Elo
Everyone starts at 1000 Elo. Wins and losses move your rating. Your named rank is based on current Elo:

Leaving mid-fight or disconnecting can give the win to your opponent and apply an extra rating penalty plus a short queue ban.
Monthly Top 3
At season payout — currently scheduled for 10/10/2026 — the Top 3 players on the Arena of Ares ranking receive exclusive rewards. Open Prizes inside Arena Manager anytime to see them.
